Beyond the screen
I’m a designer at heart, but my work has grown far beyond creating digital experiences. Today, I help organizations navigate transformation through design leadership, facilitation, and thoughtful technology adoption.
My role has evolved into tackling challenges that stretch across products, platforms, and teams. I work at the intersection of design, enterprise change, and AI enablement. Whether I’m leading executive workshops, guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot initiatives, mentoring designers, or teaching university students, my focus is consistent: helping people make sense of complexity and move ideas into action.
I believe meaningful solutions emerge when the right people share the same understanding and work together to turn ideas into momentum.
