At heart, I'm a designer. Today, I help organizations navigate transformation through design leadership, facilitation, and technology adoption.
Over the years, my role has evolved beyond creating digital experiences and into helping organizations solve problems that are often bigger than any single product, platform, or team. I work at the intersection of design, facilitation, enterprise transformation, and AI enablement. Whether I'm leading an executive workshop, supporting a Microsoft 365 or Copilot initiative, mentoring designers, or teaching university students, my focus remains the same: helping people navigate complexity and move ideas forward.
